2. What do the prices include?

The price includes delivery ,collection and set up.The bouncy castles is supplied with fan ,stakes and crash mats.

3. When do I pay for my booking?

Payment is due on delivery.NO deposit required to book.

4. How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?

If your party is on during the month of May when First Holy Communion is taking place most weekends ,then we recommend to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Especially if your child has a preference particular type of inflatable or theme.

5. What if I need to cancel?

We fully understand that things can happen beyond our control and yours, that is why we won't charge a cancelation fee, all we ask is you tell us before 9pm on the day before the party as unfortunately once we arrive to deliver the items a delivery fee will be due.

6. Are your units clean?

Yes. all our Bouncy Castles are cleaned after each hire and disinfected on delivery. We are committed to making sure that all children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment. we do ask however, that you do not allow any children to take sweets, drinks or ice cream on to the Bouncing Castles. Thank you

7. What sort of surface do you need for the inflatables?

Inflatables situated outdoors need to be set up on a flat surface preferably a grassy area where the unit can be staked down. We also have sand bags for where stakes are unable to be used. The area must be clear of litter and sharp objects such as rocks, broken glass etc, not mucky, muddy or covered in dog's mess.We recommend that grass is cut prior to your event/party. Thank you

8. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and secure, and approximately 20 minutes to collect.

9. How much space is needed?

We need a 3ft wide clear access.
You will need to allow a minimum of 3 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all dog mess and litter, garden items such as toys, swings, slides & patio furniture are removed from the area where the castle is to be situated. Please note that the inflatables cannot be touching any walls, fencing, garden buildings as it will most certainly damage the inflatables.

10. What are the delivery and collections times ?

We deliver and set up all bookings between 8 am and 12 pm and collections from 7 pm - 10 pm on a first delivered/first collected basis.Alternative delivery times can be arranged upon request.

11. What if it rains?

All of our bouncy castles have built in covers attached to protect children from strong sunshine while also adding light protection in showery conditions. Bouncy castles should not be used in very heavy rain for safety reasons.

12. Is there a limit to the number of children that can use the castle at one time?

The number of children allowed on a Bouncy castle will depend on the size hired, and age group of the children. Our delivery team will go through various safety instructions before they leave.

13. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a mains 13 amp socket power supply.

14. Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for public liability cover and copies of our current Insurance Certificate can be supplied by request.

15. Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire, as well as a disclaimer which must be signed by the persons/organisation hiring the inflatables. Please note: the person receiving the goods and signing the forms must be over 18 years of age

16. What days are you open?

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Telephone bookings can be made from 8am to 10 pm daily. We hire out units 7 days a week, although we have earlier collection times mid week.

17. How much electricity do the air fans consume?

Roughly around ?2.00 electric per day. Please Do Not allow the kids to plug and unplug the inflatables (especially while they are on them) as this is extremely dangerous and could cause injury or cause the fan to trip and cut out. Please do not allow children to be on the castles while they are being deflated.
